Twerk’N’Jerk started in a garden during lockdown, when food became a way to bring people together at a time of isolation and uncertainty. What began as small home-cooked Caribbean meals quickly grew into a mobile gazebo operation, built on word-of-mouth, community support, and a strong sense of cultural pride.
