Packed full of the smoky, salty and spicy flavours of Spain, Las Paelleras paellas and tapas are cooked from scratch, using quality ingredients sourced from local producers and specialist Spanish suppliers.

I started cooking paella 35 years ago in my Menorcan bar, selling out my paella nights to hungry tourists.

Azahar are an independent Spanish English family business with a passion for bringing the traditional flavours of Spain, combined with a canny modern twist, to your next event!

The Nan’s Van & Kitchen team pride themselves on their freshly prepared, home-cooked food served from a very cool converted 1970s Rice Horsebox.

We serve fresh handmade churros, using a traditional recipe that just so happens to be vegan, too!
