we have been working in the mobile catering industry for 60 years with our grandparents being one of the originators with a mobile fish and chip bus traveling events in the late 60's a lot has changed since then and our business has grown a lot however we still have a special place for our traditional fish and chip trailer that we still batter the fish the same today however its not all traditional as we are ever changing keeping up with the latest style units, marquees, etc and with the latest food trends whilst being committed to sustainability by using eco practices as much as possible so we can offer the best foods with the least impact
