“Daccapo” means restart, reflecting our journey of reconnecting with tradition while embracing creativity. We craft authentic Neapolitan pizza with a Roman twist, blending two iconic Italian styles to create something unique. Our dough follows Neapolitan techniques for its light, airy texture, while our toppings draw inspiration from Roman flavors, paying homage to the food we grew up with. We’re always experimenting with new techniques, homegrown herbs and vegetables, prioritizing sustainability and craftsmanship in everything we do.
Our vintage pizza truck, Blu, is the heart of our business—a hand-renovated “camioncino” with a personality as bold as our flavors. It’s mosaic-covered oven is the center-piece, but we love to dress it up for every season, festivity and event, using upcycled, handmade decorations that reflect our commitment to sustainability.
