Following redundancy in 2014, I was keen to make changes and wanted to ensure my next career was connected to my passion; food. I started the business that year with a small pop-up supper in a local coffee shop, and I have been on a very exciting journey ever since. From that first event we started to get bookings from private clients which spread rapidly through word of mouth. I took my first wedding catering booking in 2014 and in 2019 we catered for 57 wonderful couples on their special day. This culminated in us being nominated for a Scottish VOWS (wedding) award which was a huge honour. We do lots of private events across East Lothian and into the Scottish Borders as well as corporate lunches and dinners. I am so proud to have cooked in some wonderful Castles and fabulous homes and have even cooked for a few celebrities along the way. My business continues to grow and I have an amazing team to support me in doing what I love; cooking for lots of varied and wonderful clients. Based in East Lothian, we are fortunate to have some of the very finest food and drink suppliers in Scotland on our doorstep. We work closely with a local baker, based in Loanhead, who makes us bespoke brioche buns to marry perfectly with our hot dogs. We use the same ethos and method when we create our loaded fries or bon bons too, we aim to deliver the highest quality street food and provide a service that is both efficient and delicious. Since our inception in 2018, we have developed an exciting variety of hot dogs, fries and bon bons. When booking, you will get the choose from all our options and create a bespoke menu for your event where guests will get to enjoy a hot dog and a side (fries/bons). In regards to our set up, we have just taken delivery of our bespoke 20ft catering trailer that is capable of handling any event, regardless of size. It has a built in generator and is fully self-sufficient with commercial sinks and high quality appliances throughout. We also have a smaller 12ft trailer that can be used as well as gazebo set ups that can be used indoors or outdoors. Rolly's Ice Cream

Rolly’s Ice Cream is Scotland’s premier, hand crafted ice cream roll company. Established in 2017 and inspired from South-East Asia, this simple concept utilises an ice pan to crystallise ice cream 'rolls' right in front of your eyes. It brings a whole new level of enjoyment to ice cream. What sets this apart from regular ice cream is you are not limited to what you can see through the glass at your local ice cream parlour, with Rolly’s you can choose to add your favourite fruit, chocolate bar or sweet and watch as it churned into ice cream before your very eyes. It all starts with a basic ice cream custard, which is prepared beforehand, this is poured onto the ice pan which is cooled to -20°C and then your flavouring of choice is added. Using two scrapers, the mixture is chopped and combined until it starts to crystallise and form ice cream. It is then spread evenly across the ice pan then using the scraper, it is rolled into ice cream rolls, hence “Rolly’s”. This is truly a unique and exciting way of preparing ice cream which is why we think it would be the perfect addition to a wedding's evening entertainment. The whole Rolly’s experience is fun and interactive; guests have the opportunity to choose their favourite combination, they get to see their ice cream made fresh before their eyes and better yet, the whole experience can be tailored to match a wedding theme or style with all the fillings and toppings carefully selected to match the theme.

Pronto Pizza is a Neapolitan style pizza truck hailing from Edinburgh, Scotland. We offer hand stretched, sourdough pizzas cooked fresh in our Ooni Pizza Ovens. Coming from an Italian background, it was only natural for founder, Michael Notarangelo, to launch a pizza concept alongside his other successful street food ventures. Taking inspiration from his Grandparents home town in Italy (only 1 hour from Naples), it was evident that the key to a great pizza is simply using great produce. Using only the finest Caputo 00 flour and a long slow 48 hour proof, gives a truly authentic pizza base that is light and airy but robust enough to hold whatever topping it needs. Our tomato sauce is as simple as can be, using only 2 ingredients; high quality Italian tomatoes and a pinch of salt and all of our toppings are locally sourced using only approved suppliers. This combination and cooking the pizzas next to an open flame in our Ooni Koda 16 pizza ovens, provides that authentic Neapolitan crust which is puffy and full of flavour. We offer a bespoke pizza service that can be fully customisable by you. We have a fully fitted food truck that can hold up to 3 Ooni pizza ovens, meaning on average we can cook approx 80 - 100 pizzas an hour. We also have gazebo set ups we can use if the food truck is not suitable in the venue. We have 5 years of experience in street food catering, successfully running 3 other food concepts (hot dogs, ice cream, waffles) all with their own units which have proven a great hit across public and private events. On booking, you can decide if you want us to serve full pizzas, half pizzas or pizzas by the slice. We have a tried and tasted menu of delicious pizzas that you can choose from, although don't be shy to ask for your favourite if its not on our menu, we strive to accommodate all requirements.

We specialize in Paellas although we cook any kind of Spanish dishes for Weddings and private functions. Moskito Spanish Bites

Moskito Spanish Bites serve up utterly delicious traditional Spanish Tapas from a gorgeous vintage horse box trailer. They buy their ingredients from local suppliers and certain products come directly from Spain and the menu includes some seriously delicious things including their calamari, breaded and served with a homemade green lime mayonnaise - we couldn't recommend it any more. Aside from the food, Moskito Spanish Bites’ horsebox is a show stopper in itself and looks absolutely brilliant at your special event.
