Steve's grandmother always cooked wonderful Indian cuisine for him as a child which inspired him to have a go at cooking many of the amazing dishes himself. Steve takes any given opportunity to pack his bags and go to India to find amazing street food dishes that he can bring back to Manchester. The goal of Patels Pies is to serve Indian food with a twist whilst cooking everything fresh and from scratch. Born out of lockdown to critical acclaim, Patels Pies started supplying hearty handmade Indian inspired pies to delis, shops, bars and breweries in and around the Northwest Before Patels Pies kicked off 'Vaso Kitchen' was my Indian street food business, this was something I started back in 2016 By bringing together my two heritage backgrounds I pride myself on creating the tastiest British Indian fusion food, something that has got a fair bit of attention Take a look at our various menus that include Kebabs, Pies or Loaded Fries.
