As a qualified chef in the Royal Air Force he really enjoys making food for our family and friends so when he wasn't able to do this at home he thought how could he take his food to people. He wanted to create good classic food with a bit of fun twist and most importantly BIG portion sizes. This is where The Cheesy Pig was created. We prides ourselves on providing the best street food there is. Producing slow-cooked pulled pork, covered in a thick cheese panade, topped with homemade sauces, piled high on our famous bacon salted fries creating flavours didn’t know existed. All of this served directly from our unique converted horse trailers. Having worked at some of the UK's biggest event organisers and catering at events such as Silverstone F1, Cheltenham Festival, Radio One Big Weekend, Download, Creamfields, Leeds Festival and many more.

Basement 17 was forged in our tiny basement flat in Bristol during the covid pandemic. It started with tacos for our neighbours every Wednesday and has since evolved into a catering company with fire at its core. Carlos and Emily both share a passion for delivering the highest service and food. Carlos, originally from Mexico, draws on his childhood memories and love of Mexican flavours and combines this with local, seasonal produce from the South West to produce mouth-watering feasts. Carlos has worked in and run both Mexican and Mediterranean kitchens for many years and Emily has worked in management positions in pubs and cafes. What started with the spark of an idea one night has rapidly developed into the catering enterprise that we are today. Based in South Somerset, we now travel all over the South West bringing the flames to you. We are lucky enough to be surrounded by the freshest and best produce and source as much as we can from local suppliers. All our meat comes from Bagnell farm, our potatoes from our local grower and fish from Kingfisher of Brixham. We cater for anything from intimate parties to large weddings, corporate events, pop ups and street food festivals creating menus to suit each individual event and customer.

Nick Moss, the younger (and we’ll take a punt and say more culinarily gifted!) brother of supermodel Kate Moss, is the founder of Vietvan along with his wife Tracy. Established in 2014, they are an independent caterer passionate about Vietnamese, Thai & Cambodian cuisine. With there annual travels to Southeast Asia to work with restaurants and street food chefs to ensure every aspect of their dishes are authentic to their origins. Vietvan’s versatile pop up guarantees high quality, fresh and full of flavour, South-East Asian inspired dishes. Favourites include their Vietnamese traditional banh mi baguettes, noodle salads, authentic bowl food, Vietnamese BBQ's and an array of canapés and light bites. All dishes are freshly prepared and can be heated on-site ready to serve or made to order on their grills. Guests can choose from a range of garnishes such as coriander, mint, Sriracha sauce, fried shallots and fresh chilli to bespoke their meal.  Vietvan are advocates of natural and organic ingredients, working closely with their suppliers to provide ethical and sustainably sourced produce. Nomad was born in 2022. The business itself is a culmination of a lot of things but especially my desire to cook a variety of different food. The people behind the business are me (Kieran) and my partner (Natalie). I am an avid chef that loves creating a range of different dishes from a huge range a cuisines. We truly love world cuisine (which is reflected in our business name) and have a special passion for eating. This is a 50/50 joint enterprise between me and Natalie but I specialise in savoury food and Natalie focuses primarily on sweet food and desserts. We have a huge repertoire of dishes that we have cooked and also that we are willing to test and try. Some of our menu options can be seen on our profile, but this isn’t ann exhaustive list. Nearly all of our food is homemade, with as many local and authentic ingredients as possible. We cater for every kind of different event imaginable but most of our schedule is taken up by wedding bookings and larger scale corporate events. We offer a wide range of services and meals, and our USP is that, within reason, we can try and offer you bespoke meals and accompaniments. We do this for two main reasons. The first is that this allows us flexibility as a business that other caterers and street food providers can't offer. The second is that we really love experimenting with food, and creating new meals and menus and this approach allows us to express ourselves and learn as chefs. Natalie and I both pride ourselves on our ability to offer great customer service and keep our clients as happy as possible. In terms of our values, if we ever need support, our employees are paid well over minimum wage for the simple fact that we value people and the time they're willing to give us.
