A major part of our mission at Togather is around demystifying the complicated process of booking events suppliers for you. Not only does our platform make booking suppliers for events easier, we’ve hugely simplified the process of paying for your perfect venue, caterer, photographer, bar, florist or marquee. These are the reasons why it’s better to pay through Togather.

All payments are held until the event has been completed

Togather holds payment for all suppliers in a safe account until your event has been completed. While we have full confidence our suppliers will do a fantastic job at any event they work at, this ensures that they are incentivised to do a perfect job on your big day, or on the off chance that something goes wrong, you know the money is in safe hands.

This may not sound particularly revolutionary, but it’s a new way of working within the events industry which normally relies on suppliers taking large deposits or full payment up front. 

We’ve set up our financial model like this to ensure peace of mind for you in making sure you know your supplier is incentivised to do as good a job as they possibly can.

Flexible payment plans

We understand that events can be expensive things, and as such we give you the ability to opt for a monthly payment plan rather than paying the full amount up front.

You can lock your chosen suppliers in with a deposit, starting from 10%, and then split the rest into smaller mostly payments at no extra costs. We’ll take the payments on the 1st of every month.

This differs from industry norms in that you would usually pay the full amount up front for a supplier, or a deposit of at least 50% to secure them, although different suppliers will have different terms.

Cancellation Protection

When you book your supplier through Togather you are protected by our industry-best terms and conditions. 

These mean that if you cancel your booking more than 45 days before the event, you’ll receive a 90% refund. You can read our T&Cs here.

This differs from the industry standards in that it would be likely you would not be able to recover any of the fee that you had paid to your supplier or an event planner back.

Option for Protect +

Very, very occasionally supplier cancellations can happen due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment malfunction or illness.

That’s why we offer Togather Protect +, an optional upgrade that guarantees you a replacement just in case your supplier is unable to fulfill your booking. 

Should the worst happen, our team will get all hands on deck to find the perfect replacement for you. We’ll also cover the difference in cost (if there is one), up to 10% of the original booking value.
