Our Bean
Our single estate beans, ranging from triple certified organic (organic, rainforest alliance and fairtrade) Honduran, to Ethiopian Sidamo and Yirgacheffe through Rwanda, Burundi and back to the more recognised Brazilian and Colombian single estate varietals. This bean makes a smooth, balanced coffee with creamy mouth feel, notes of roasted nut and milk chocolate, with subtle earthy background note.
