Introducing Joe’s Dough Pizza, a vibrant pop-up food business born from a deep passion for authentic Italian cuisine and a love for crafting perfect pizzas.

After my mother sadly passed away nearly two years ago, the eldest of seven Sommi children, born to Anglo-Italian parents, Alfonso and Winnifred Sommi, I decided to fulfil one of my passions, as well as celebrate her life.

FishMyChips was started in 2020, before that we started out with a small fish and chips van that would cater for private parties, weddings, corporate events and festivals but we quickly realised we was onto something with our approach to using only the finest fresh, high quality products to make our fish and chips and FishMyChips was born.

Forcella offers tantalising and tasty pizzas influenced by the traditional cooking methods and flavours of Southern Italy.

We are Andy & Tracey and Annie is our cute, eye catching, pink, vintage 1962 Citroen HY van which has been sympathetically converted for us to use as a mobile drinks, cakes and sweet & savoury treats van.
