The Brief:
The Bike Shed Festival welcomes 16,000 motorcycle fanatics to its huge exhibition at Tobacco Docks every May. The event features an epic display of motorcycles alongside live music, retailers, artists and exhibitors. Togather curated the line-up of street food and soft drink suppliers at the event, ensuring the guests were satisfied across the weekend.

What Did We Do?
Togather's event management team provided end-end support, which included the handling of supplier documentation and payments, and logistical operations such as overseeing load-in and de-rig. The team worked closely with Tobacco Dock, to ensure the selected suppliers were suitably placed at the venue, and adhered to their food prep restrictions. Togather also provided an on-site manager for the duration of the festival, to ensure the smooth running of the event.

Thanks to the data we collected at the event through our EPOS systems, we had unparalleled knowledge of the attendees' cuisine and menu-item preferences. We were able to learn from this data to improve the food offering in subsequent events to best suit this audience.
