Beef Brisket Barbacoa Tacos
Beef brisket, marinated in our house marinade for 24 hours before been slow cooked for 12 hours, served on fresh corn tortillas and topped with roasted feta cheese, pickled red onions and a guacachile salsa
Baja Halloumi Tacos
Fried halloumi cheese, coated in a house corn flour mix, served on fresh corn tortillas and topped with a spring onion crema, chipotle mayonnaise, pinepple & jalapeno and pickled cabbage.
Masa tempura fried fish, served on fresh corn tortillas and topped with white cabbage, chipotle mayonnaise & fresh radish.
