We’ve written a post already on the art of closing the deal. But before that, it’s key to grab the customer’s attention as they’ll be viewing multiple quotes at once. Here’s a few quick tricks that our top partners use to up their chances of getting a customer to message back.

Update your hero image 

The first thing the customer sees is your main or hero image. Make sure it shows your product off as much as possible. Here’s a handy article on improving your photography.

Turn on auto messaging. 

This can be done by going to templates > messaging. This sends an automatic follow up message if a customer hasn’t replied to your quote. It’s a real time saver and a great way to get that conversation started.

Add [first_name] to quote templates and auto messages

Copy and pasting [first_name] into your templates and auto messages instantly personalises any quote you send. Our research suggests that this alone improves conversion rates.
