At Paellaria we bring the great flamenco atmosphere of our Andalusian home back to England, using some of the biggest paella pans in blighty, our dancing chicas and chicos use time honoured methods to cook up massive and tasty paella’s for punters all across the uk.

Packed full of the smoky, salty and spicy flavours of Spain, Las Paelleras paellas and tapas are cooked from scratch, using quality ingredients sourced from local producers and specialist Spanish suppliers.

Riceminster specialise in Valencian and other genuine Paellas as the team are from the Valencia region in Spain which is, in fact, the birthplace of paella!

I started cooking paella 35 years ago in my Menorcan bar, selling out my paella nights to hungry tourists.
