Using quality and natural ingredients is their highest priority and they cook over live fire using fruitwood, guaranteeing a deep rich flavour. All of their wood is from managed British woodlands in Hertfordshire and they are the producer of the delicious Glenroy's Bunkum Bay Hot sauce, stocked in quality stores around the south-east.
