Hillface Coffee

Our owner, Charlotte, started the trailer with a passion for showing that you can have consistently great quality coffee made sustainably and not for an outrageously overpriced cost. Before starting off on her own, she worked as a barista for years in Edinburgh, and also in roaster's based in London. This love for coffee fueled her to start Hillface, aiming to challenge the business of events by not skimping on making every cup worthwhile for the customer. All of the products we serve are made with a no-waste mindset. Our packaging is biodegradable, our coffee is put into compostable bags and given to customers for free or with the option to donate a small amount to the charity pots we leave out, and out bakes- if some are left over we give out for free to other traders, customer are the end of the day/event.
