Pork Belly, braised in a dark soy, soy bean paste, coriander seed, chilli mixture until tender and falling apart. Served with caramelised shallots and shiitake mushrooms, and optional Sambal Belacan (a fiery chilli sauce).
One of Malaysia's most famous dish. Rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf, served with fried anchovies, peanuts, sambal (chilli paste), egg, cucumber, and customizable with our curries or our signature Ayam Goreng (spiced fried chicken).
Usually a coconut based lightly spiced broth. Served with either egg noodles or rice vermicelli, deliciously addictive, especially for the winter. Other toppings include prawns, shredded chicken in garlic oil, bean sprouts, egg and lime.
