Slaughter’s Smoke Shack was established in 2019 and is a new concept in BBQ street food.

Run and owned by two friends, Jacob and Phil; Slaughters Smoke Shack started out when Jacob came up with the idea of taking the flavours of fine dining food into the street food world. His experience is in fine dining, learning his talents from the wizards in the precise kitchens of Claridges. 

We do all sorts of events, from intimate fine dining dinners to large scale festivals, weddings and events. We specialise in American BBQ but we are incredibly versatile in what we can offer.
