Spires Event Catering Ltd is a family-run business. Our core values are to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality produce to all. We pride ourselves on maintaining positive working partnerships. We believe communication and information sharing help maintain such partnerships. We can offer a range of concepts such as hog roast, Greek gyros, Noodles, Tacos, Mac & Cheese, burgers, loaded fries, Sausage, Wild Game, duck, coffee, waffles. We also have a bar. These concepts are offered from our fleet of units which comprises of air streams, traditional purpose built trailers, bespoke build-ups and vintage vehicles. We have operated at numerous high profile events across the UK and our team are capable of operating multiple units at any one time at various events across the country. All our staff are trained to a minimum of level 2 in Food Safety and Food Hygiene.
