Dark Chocolate & Peanut Eclair
70% dark chocolate cream in our golden Eclair, used Valrhona, a French chocolate manufacturer based in a village of Tain L'Hermitage, near Lyon, the hometown of Jonathan, our co-founder & head chef. Roasted peanuts are added for extra crunch of course. Allergen info: milk, eggs, nuts, gluten.
Coconut & Lime Eclair

As a sweet tooth, Pistachio gelato is our co-founder, Bianka's favourite flavour so it only made sense to come up with a Pistachio Eclair! Rose is the signature perfume of our co-founder, Bianka so we decided to match this luxurious flavour with a great deal of raspberries in our golden Eclair.
