Hot Rocket

Thank you for taking a look at my page. I have been a professional chef for 25 years and counting working in some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in the world and most recently the Ritz in London where I left in February 2020 precovid (just about). When Covid hit it was my solve ambition to set up a food truck. I managed to save enough money from doing takeaways from a pub to pay for my first trailer which was tiny in comparison to my new airstream which is absolutely stunning. It was the right place right time finding my new trailer. I can cook almost anything from this trailer and I also have an espresso machine and a full alcohol license. I can work with any event big or small, everything is made from scratch and I use local producers & farmers ensuring great quality. I work with a great team who are professional, friendly & polite. We go the extra mile to make sure all the events we do are perfect.
