About The Duck Shed
The Duck Shed serves slow roasted pulled duck three ways – in a wrap, brioche bun or fresh salad box. Each can come in a variety of styles and are served with homemade sauces including our award-winning bacon relish and green chilli jam. The popular Vegan-amese "Duck" caters for the non-meat eaters. The Duck Shed was established in 2016 and has been serving ducking delicious food at major festivals, Christmas markets and large sporting events including Ascot and Goodwood. We regularly work with clients including Lamborghini and Bugatti. In 2019 The Duck Shed was one of the finalists for the British Street food awards. Behind the Duck Shed is Hodge & Huggett, a husband and wife run independent catering company. Together they have over 25 years of culinary experience, working at some of the best restaurants in London and New York, including head chef position at Ottolenghi. Trading over six years, they have been successfully running four street food stalls, pop-up restaurants, festivals, dinner parties and weddings. The Duck Shed is available for private hire, events as well as markets and has multiple street food setups that are suited for a variety of different occasions, including beautiful custom made 20-foot converted shipping container trailer. It’s high-quality finishes, such as solid oak counter, make it stand out in a crowd. Traditional street food setups are also available with custom made wooden frontage gazebos as well as indoor setups. You can also find the Duck Shed at the Between the Bridges market in Southbank and Lalaland in Shoreditch.
