London's best butchers are turning their hands to cooking burgers!

Provenance are passionate about sourcing sustainably farmed, great tasting meat, which they have been selling their six shops across London for nearly a decade. Now, they're taking our famous burgers to the streets!

We will be serving the same high quality grass fed beef and free range chicken that are available in our stores, cooked to perfection and served with a curated selection of sauces, salads and sides. 

We can also supply more bespoke offerings so whether if it's steak sandwiches, hearty breakfast rolls or healthy salads, we can adapt our offering to suit your event's needs.

Our aim to to continue the high levels of service we maintain in our shops, as well as serving great tasting, sustainably sourced food to people who car e about flavour as well as provenance.


Another Provenance classic, this is a whole boneless free range chicken leg, slowly marinated in our blend of ras al hanout, garlic and honey, then griddled until the skin is crispy. We serve our Flat Iron in a freshly baked brioche bun with a cooling wild garlic coleslaw and a selection of house made sauces.

Names after the road our store on Chelsea sits on, the Pavilion burger is a classic through and through. A thick and juicy seasoned beef patty served with cheese, fresh tomato salad and a selection of house made sauces all in a freshly baked brioche bun.
