Our chicken thighs are marinated for at least 24 hours in our signature tikka spice blend, and then grilled until juicy and tender. Our grilled thighs are served on a toasted pretzel bun with a coconut & coriander green chutney, spiced pickled red onions, crisp lettuce, mango chutney, cucumber & mint yogurt sauce and topped with a homemade crunchy onion bhaji. Available will melted cheese for that extra indulgence.
We marinate our pork belly whole with Indian spices, mustard & green chilli and then slow cook for 10 hours in a sous vide. Sliced thick and then grilled, the pork belly is served on a toasted pretzel bun with a coconut & coriander green chutney, spiced pickled red onions, crisp lettuce, sweet & sticky tamarind chutney, mayo, and topped with a homemade crunchy onion bhaji. Available will melted cheese for that extra indulgence.
