The Brief:

Spotify enlisted the help of Togather to curate a line-up of high-end suppliers to cater an evening showcase for 500 guests. Togather managed all aspects of the catering including providing professional waiting staff for the event. Spotify wanted their brand to be brought to life, which was achieved through the branding of menu items and napkins.

What Did We Do?

An experienced Togather account manager worked hand in glove with Spotify to source the ideal catering partner to match their event brief. Our management included orchestrating a tasting with a handpicked selection of suppliers, handling of supplier documentation, and the logistical operations such as supplier placement in our partner venue, Village Underground. Furthermore, we collaborated with the supplier to create bespoke branded napkins, burger flags and grease-proof paper to keep the Spotify brand front of mind throughout the evening.

Event Breakdown

We worked with the selected suppliers to create a tailored, mouthwatering menu, which included the following:

4 × canapés per guest

1 × tostada per guest (inc. a vegan option)

1 × slider per guest (inc. a vegetarian and vegan option)

2 × desserts per guest (inc. Spotify branded chocolate-lollipops)

7 × chefs, 1 × manager and 18 × waiting staff
