Lemongrass Pork and Pate.
Lightly toasted Baguette filled with grilled lemongrass pork. Olive oil mayo, Pickled Veg, cucumber, coriander and pate. Light oriental dressing.
Grilled corn fed chicken thighs with honey and black pepper.
The thighs are marinated in lemon juice and fish sauce, grilled then glazed with honey and cracked black pepper. Serve in a lightly toasted baguette with olive oil mayo, pickled veg chili and coriander.
Grilled Portobello with Vietnamese guacamole
Grilled Portobello season with sesame oil and Chinese wine. Serve on crushed avocado in a lightly toasted baguette with olive oil mayo, picked veg, coriander and chili.
