Birria Taco

Succulent beef tacos served with a bowl of birria consommé. These tacos are filled with marinated tender beef which is slow cooked in authentic Mexican salsa, herbs and spices. The beef is then pulled off the bone and filled into crispy corn tacos and melted cheese over a griddle, topped with sweet white onions and cilantro served with a Consommé broth.
