Clasico Ceviche Bowl
Seabass cubes marinated with our traditional Leche de Tigre dressing (lime, ginger and coriander). A base of mixed British quinoa, roasted sweet potato, avocado, plantain crips and house toasted Peruvian corn.
Nikkei Ceviche Bowl
Japanese-Peruvian inspired. Salmon cubes marinated in our Ponzu Leche de Tigre (Soy, Sesame and Yuzu). A base of sushi rice, seaweed, edamame beans, crispy onions and roasted nori seaweed.
Vegano Ceviche Bowl
Chickpeas salad marinated with one of our vegan Leche de Tigre, Rocoto (Peruvian Chilli, Chickpeas and Lime). A base of British quinoa, roasted sweet potato, avocado, Colombian plantain chips and crispy onions.
