We are a family run business who has been suppling food at uk events for over 30 years. Our Lighthouse Fish & Chip unit has become famous in itself at a lot of major UK Events as a focal point and a meeting point for the public. Our Fish is cooked fresh on site using MSC cod and freshly battered cooked until golden brown and served the traditional way with steak cut chips and a slice of lemon.
