Fire Truck Espresso

Grounded as an Airline Pilot due to the current pandemic, it was now or never so I used this moment to create something that has always been on my bucket list. I searched high and low (unfortunately not in the South of France) and peeping out of a barn was this ‘Fire Truck’ with all its gorgeous patina and potential. After many years living and working around the world and finally settling in the stunning Cotswolds, I have found a huge passion for amazing, locally produced food and drink. One thing is for certain, there’s no excuse for a bad cup of coffee and hopefully through my limited knowledge yet ambitious desire, I’ll be able to live up to the expectations of all of you beautiful people and make the best cup of locally roasted coffee you can find!!
