Tom Shiers is the owner of a cult internet phenomenon called The Fry Up Police, who has a mad obsession with top quality food, with his favourite being the perfect burger. The obsession obviously starts and ends with the great British fry up, something that they believe they have extra-special skills in providing, but they can also serve super decadent and oozy burgers that always go down seriously well wherever they are being served. These guys are huge on social media, with over 70k followers on their Instagram page including follows from Paloma Faith, Vernon Kaye, Nick Frost, Gordon Ramsey and David Baddiel!
