About Grocers' Hall

A stunning, unique setting, located in the heart of the City of London. Grocers' Hall is hired out privately for each event, giving you flexibility and freedom to enjoy our venue. Included in the exclusive hire of Grocers' Hall is the traditional Livery Hall with its stunning Venetian chandeliers; the contemporary, light and airy Piper Room; and three additional syndicate rooms. Our historical venue offers a flexible event space for corporate events; from Lunch Presentations, Conferences and Seminars, Drinks Receptions, Wine Tasting and Awards Dinners. Our menus use locally sourced, seasonal British produce as a staple, with the freshest of ingredients from quality suppliers.

The Livery Hall (Part of Exclusive Hire)

The heart of the venue is rich with historical artefacts and treasures, and boasts timeless elegance. The classic style and heritage of the Livery Hall is complemented by the latest audio visual equipment, including facilities for live webcasts, simultaneous presentation and video conferencing. It even has a Grand Piano, an impressive focal point to a drinks reception or formal dinner party.

The Piper Room (Part of Exclusive Hire)

Taking its name from the stunning tapestry designed by John Piper that adorns the far wall, this room is bathed in natural light giving it a modern feel. Located on the ground floor and adjoining the Entrance Hall, it is perfect as a networking and catering space when used in conjunction with the Livery Hall, or a splendid room for smaller events when used on its own.

Named after William Pitt the Younger, an Honorary Member of the Company, and one of three breakout spaces; The Pitt Library is located on the ground floor and accommodates up to 14 people boardroom style. Seating up to 14 people around a boardroom table, the Committee Room is one of three breakout spaces and ideal for meetings as part of larger conferences. The Sitting Room adjoins the Committee Room on the third floor, and accommodates up to 4 people. Ideal to be used as a green room for VIPs, interviews and filming.
