About Lola's Fish & Chips
I left a career in the City to follow a dream which was to own a restaurant. This was a fish shack in South East London in 2003 called The Seacow. It caught the imagination and when we got approached to do a music festival, we just said yes. This turned out to be Bestival and it set us on a path that has seen us at around 500 festivals of all shapes and sizes. However, our focus has always been the same. We provide great food in fields, are family run and passionate about what we serve and how we source. We have three options in terms of our Lola's set ups. The first is a blue and white vintage van that is called a Pilot and is the English Airstream. It's very seaside. Our second van is slightly bigger but also plays on the beach hut style being off white and teal. Finally, we have a build up set up that is super versatile and looks cute with its hand painted signage.

Served with a fat slice of lime and our own lime mayo.
