The Optio Pizza founder, Eugene, is an official AVPN pizzaiolo, formally trained in Italy, bringing to the UK not only the authentic Neapolitan pizza-making techniques, but also some of the original, tried and tested recipies, both in terms of dough and toppings. We take great pride in our dedication to sourcing and utilizing only the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. This commitment underscores our relentless pursuit of creating delicious pizzas. We do this in a state of the art converted luton van, using a large Napoli-dome oven, engineered specifically for mobile catering. We've done all sorts of events, ranging from your average small birthday party, special markets and fairs, regular pop-ups, to large corporate events and weddings.
