A small family run business, inspired and grown from a love of hand rolling fusion sushi from our home kitchen. PAN Sushi started as a weekend sushi delivery business, offering a healthy take out option delivering sushi to our small market towns people's door locally. 5 years on we have adapted our business and have a quirky and unique converted horsebox which converts out to a Japanese and sushi bar where we cook Japanese fusion Streetfood and hand rolled sushi including some of our specialty fusion rolls for birthdays, weddings, Festivals, Parties, corporate events and family/social and friendly gatherings
