My name is Harry Goicochea, a Chef who is passionate about introducing the flavours and traditional cuisine of my native country Peru to the UK. We started up Peru Sabor earlier in 2013 A bit about us and what we do We sell Peruvian street food, specifically Anticuchos, with authentic Peruvian chilli sauces. Our Peruvian Street Food Menu comprises: - • Traditional Ox Heart Anticuchos - Served with Quinoa Salad, salsa criolla and a selection of authentic Peruvian sauces • Premium Steak Wrap - Served with Quinoa Salad, salsa criolla and a selection of authentic Peruvian sauces • Grilled Lamb Skewers- Served with Quinoa Salad salsa criolla and a selection of authentic Peruvian sauces • Grilled Lamb Burger – Served on toasted brioche, Salad and Red onion salsa • Chicken Breast Wrap - Served with Salad, toasted corn & broad beans, and a selection of authentic Peruvian sauces • Chickpea & Spinach Patty (Vegetarian/ Vegan), Served on a bed of quinoa salad, seeds; cherry tomatoes & Avocado with a selection of authentic Peruvian sauces
