Starting with the soil, P.Y.O. champions regenerative farming, building a unique network of local suppliers who focus on providing organic and regenerative produce. We focus on sourcing our ingredients from organic and regenerative farms, currently 90% of our fresh produce is from these farms and 70% of all ingredients, including dry-store products are from these farms.

Halved avocado and crispy roast potatoes with a lemon & basil dressing.
