More than a pizza place: we are a not-for-profit, certified social enterprise.
We create artisan sourdough pizzas for community events, weddings, corporate events, markets and celebrations of all kinds. Our staff are friendly, fun and put on a great show when stretching, topping and cooking each pizza to order in our mobile wood-fired oven.
All our dough is made by hand and slow-fermented using traditional methods for depth of flavour and easy digestion. Our sourdough starter began its life over 100 years ago in Tasmania, and has made an epic journey over the high seas to lend its complex and delicious flavour to every pizza we make. Our menu changes with the seasons, and wherever possible we use local suppliers to source our ingredients. We can tailor our menu to suit you; we recommend seasonal options, or we can create something bespoke, tailored to your needs.
Want something to stand out at your event? Then you'll love our beautifully converted vintage horse-box set-up. If you want the authentic, wood-fired approach, or access is an issue, then we can bring our gazebo set-up. Both options can be run totally off-grid, so if your event is happening somewhere without power and water options, you can still get our banging pizzas!
Moreover, we are Pizza With Purpose; all profits from the sale of our pizzas go to paying our staff a fair wage and supporting our community work. We run pizza-making workshops for people in recovery, and a men’s mental health group called "Dough Bro's". We're passionate about using our pizza to bring joy, hope and resilience into peoples lives...and we do it while having a great time!
