Another classic with a twist; the pairing of spinach and ricotta, but on a base on our punchy, home-made garlic oil and topped with sharp and tangy parmesan cheese. Delicious!
Pulled Ham Hock, Pineapple, and Chilli-Pineapple Jam
Definitely not a standard "Hawaiian" pizza! We use 8-hour slow-cooked organic ham hock, shredded, and complimented with pineapple chunks and our own home-made fiery chilli-pineapple jam!
