We're on a mission to make events better for everyone, both customers and suppliers too. We're here to make your life easier, bring you a steady stream of events to quote for and to open doors to some of the biggest household names in world. We're free to join, free to quote and have absolutely no hidden costs - we only make money if you do.

What sorts of events do Togather do?

In short, everything! Over the years we've done every shape and size event from a two person dinner party up to the biggest live festivals and events in the UK. Find out a bit more about what it's like to work on specific event types with us below

Corporate events

When we say we work with some of the biggest names out there, we mean it. Netflix, BBC, Warner Bros, Amazon, Epic Games, Meta - we've helped them all. Spotify, Disney, The Financial Times, Sony, HBO - need we go on? One of the things our suppliers love most about us is our power to get them corporate gigs they wouldn't have access to without us. We connect companies of all sizes with suppliers for weekly breakfasts or lunches, product launch parties, milestone celebrations or huge summer and Christmas parties. The opportunities with corporates are virtually endless and they're always looking for something new and fresh to bring to their team.

Weddings

We work with thousands of brides and grooms every year, all over the country. We get lots of requests for venues (and, often, a marquee!) to hold their big day, right at the start of their wedding planning. After they've ticked off their venue, some come to us looking for a traditional sit-down wedding breakfast, others want to do something a bit different and bring in a fleet of food trucks for either the main meal or for a late night dance floor snack, many are looking for a mobile bar to add a bit of flair to their big day, and lots are looking for brilliant photographers or videographers to capture the whole thing! All of that is before we've even mentioned the florists to dress the venue and provide bouquets and buttonholes to the bridal party. We really do offer everything a couple would need to organise their big day and we have complete confidence that every single one of our suppliers will create an unforgettable day.

Parties

Over the years we've worked with every type of party you can imagine - milestone birthdays, engagement dos, leaving parties, retirement bashes, christenings, funerals and, once, even a divorce party. For someone organising a party, our suppliers are the difference between their guests talking about their party for all the right reasons...or all the wrong ones! You can browse all parties (and all other event types) on your dashboard and quote for any you think you're a good match for. As we mentioned previously, it's completely free to quote so have a good browse to find any events you think you fit the bill for.

Live events

Alongside all the events we've mentioned, we also work with many of the UK's largest live events. We've provided the food and drink at Pride in London, one of the largest cultural events in the country with 1.5 million+ attendees, for five years running now. Other large events we've worked on are Gala festival, Bike Shed, council-run firework displays, Gottwood festival, RHS Hampton Court, Boiler Room events and multi-day festive events.

These large-scale events can be highly lucrative for our suppliers (you can find out just how lucrative here). If it sounds like something you might be interested in, you can find out more about how much festival pitches cost and, if you're interested you can apply to be one of our Live suppliers. We require a higher level of documentation from suppliers and some experience at live events. If you'd like to be considered, you can get in touch on partners@togather.com

How to be successful on Togather

We're a team of very experienced event organisers who will work tirelessly to get you the bookings you deserve. Our Supply Community Manager's, Josh's role is dedicated to working with you to make sure you get the most out of Togather, and he's always only a call away.

What makes a good supplier profile?

To help you get off on the right foot, we've compiled insights and data into what makes suppliers successful on Togather. In short though, some things all great suppliers have in common on our platform are:

- High quality photos - If you invest time or money into just one thing for your profile, make sure it's your photos! We really can't overstate how important they are to customers and how consistently we see suppliers with great photos or videos securing bookings over their less-appealing competitors. We work with some fantastic photographers and offer discounted photography packages for any suppliers - get in touch with our Community Manager, Josh on j.ebsworth@togather.com if you'd like to know more.

- Reviews - We display customer reviews on your profile and we see a trend of profiles with 10+ reviews being more successful at winning bookings. To get you started, you can add external reviews from previous (non-Togather) customers.

- Be responsive - Suppliers and customers can message through Togather and our top suppliers are the ones who respond 100% of the time.

- Sell yourself! - Our suppliers with the mot bookings tend to be the ones who have done a great job of promoting themselves on their profile - spend some time writing an engaging profile bio and definitely show off about any events you've done in the past or awards you've won or been shortlisted for. It all helps to give you the edge!

- Quote regularly - We see a strong pattern of our suppliers with most bookings quoting a minimum of 25 times per month

What makes a good quote?

- Make sure you're a match - Some customers are very specific in their requests about the type of supplier they're looking for. Read carefully and only spend time quoting if you seem to be a good match

- Stick to budget - A bit of a no-brainer but the quotes most likely to convert are the ones that come in close to the customer's budget, so take that into consideration when coming up with your quote price

- Move fast - Customers usually receive quotes within the first half hour after submitting their request. You've got to be fast to make sure you're one of the earliest suppliers to quote and get the customer's full attention

- Be friendly - A personalised message to accompany your quote can make all the difference - introduce yourself and what you can bring to their event - show that you've read their request by being specific about what they have asked for

Supplier perks

To show our appreciation of our suppliers' hard work, we offer various perks to members of our supplier community, some fun and some practical. A few highlights include:

- Exclusive rates on public liability insurance
- Reduced price for accounting software
- Reduced van hire membership and driving credits
- Discounted access to mental health support created specifically for people working in hospitality
-Access to top restaurants and hotels at massively discounted rates

How to join as a supplier

It's simple - head to our onboarding form and fill it out, telling us all about you and your offering. If you need any help, our Supply Team are on hand to help. Once you've submitted your form we'll review and be in touch within a few days to let you know if you've been successful.
