We’re a husband and wife team – Rowan & Hannah – and we run Cafe 77 together with a crew who have the same passion for street food that we do!
Our obsession and concept is pretty simple: Breakfast Buns and Smash Burgers using locally sourced ingredients from Hertfordshire.
We’ve always focused on sourcing produce local to us, from independent suppliers who care about the welfare and sustainability of their products and of course, the quality.
Rowan has had a fascination with burgers from an early age, and have travelled the globe in search of the very best on offer. We've taken what we've learnt, added a little bit of what we think makes them special, and come up with what we feel is a pretty darn good burger - in fact we won Best Burger at the British Street Food Awards in 2023.
We believe that fast food can be great quality and truly sustainable. But this doesn't mean it should be overly complicated or intimidating. Our menu of breakfast rolls and smash burgers is simple and nostalgic - familiar flavours that make you feel like a kid again.
Our vibe is fast service, with personality. The origins of Cafe 77 are in community.
We're street food traders through and through, so have experience of events large and small and can easily build our menu and crew to support the scale of your event.
