Mouth-watering vegan catering near Thetford

Fledge Events is a catering company based in Cambridgeshire, offering delicious culinary services for all kinds of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.

We started out as Boxed Pizza just over 5 years ago but as time went on we were asked to cater for more than our humble, but highly rated pizzas, we offered beautiful grazing platters as wedding table centre pieces and small but full of flavour buffets, so recently has felt like the right time to offer this as a package as a whole so Boxed Catering we born!

In my mis-spent youth, I went to Spain, camped on the beach outside this tiny fishing village with no hotels, about 30/40 houses and one restaurant where I had paella, asked how to make it and they showed me.

We created Mr Ragu in 2021 after a cycling trip through Italy inspired us to bring the Italian love of food back to the UK.
