Over the years we've worked for all manner of clients, in all types of venues. From BNP Paribas at Harrods in 2002 to Coca Cola Schweppes & Booker at Silverstone a few months ago, through a spectacular wedding up Mont Blanc in Chamonix, to plaudits that same summer at the UPU Conference in Geneva, to serving guests on a Routemaster in London and on a submarine in the Mediterranean. About the business // The Wine Tap Van is a unique bar company that brought the first wine-on-tap truck to UK events. We are based between the Midlands and London but travel all over the UK to festivals, private parties and corporate events. Whilst we pride ourselves on our amazing wine selection, we can also provide fully customisable bar packages to suit your needs. Draught lager, a speciality IPA, local Gin - you name it, we can get it for you. The fleet // Our first van is nicknamed Vinessa - she's our blue and cream 1979 Peugeot J7 that was fully restored to a high spec in late 2019. Complete with 6 draught taps, running water and a power hook-up - she's the perfect mobile bar to complete your event. Our second van, Pinot Grigio joined the fleet in September 2022 as our 'high output' bar. Complete with 8 customer-facing taps, a refrigerator, running water and electrical hook-up. When a space doesn't allow for a van, you now have the option to hire our glitter ball bar. Perfect for an indoor event that needs a little extra sparkle. The drinks // Our wine comes from ethically versed producers and is the best you'll get at a festival - we're very proud of it! These are not wines you could necessarily ‘buy off the shelf’ and many are served in top London restaurants. We love to support independent drinks businesses where we can. If you have a specific wine, beer or drink in mind for your event, just let us know. We can either use real glassware, compostable Vegware or paper cups for your event. Just In Time Juice Bar started trading at local markets and festivals. In 2019 they were offered a pitch at Kingston ancient market where they traded for three years as 'Kingston Juice Bar.' They were very popular in the local community as they were offering something healthy during the pandemic at a reasonable cost. In 2023, owner Justin decided to go mobile and offer the same menu in their vintage-style converted horse box trailer and the Bamboo bar with smoothie bike. Since 2017 we have catered for many corporate clients Such as eBay, London Metal Exchange, Accenture and Nike, we can cater for up to 300 people per day. We love what we do and believe every office should have a juicer! We now have our winter menu offering home-made winter warmer's; Hot Drinks - home made & dairy-free. Tumeric latte Chai latte Matcha latte Hot chocolate Organic coffee In order for your event to run smoothly; Please note we do need 2 hours beforehand to prepare if we are making fresh juices as we bring all the fresh fruit from the wholesaler directly to your site so we need time to prepare the fruit and set-up properly. If you party is very large then please do not come all at once because we make everything made to order. It takes longer to make a fresh juice than a coffee. It's best if we have a group of customers at once up to 25 and then a few minutes break for us to organise and clean before the next group comes. If 50-100 or more customers come at once then they will have to queue. The only allergen we have is CELERY, so please let us know if anyone is allergic to CELERY in your party and we will put it through a separate juicer. Besides that we don't use dairy or other common allergens. Just In Time offer a mobile juice bar including delicious organic popular juices & smoothie, hot drinks and light vegan snacks such as cakes & brownies. They also have the bonus option of serving a vegan buffet lunch menu; see menu below:   Customers have the option to either hire the bamboo bar, which is for indoor use that can comes with or without the smoothie bike, or their converted vintage-style catering horse box trailer which is for outdoor use. They can travel anywhere up to 200 miles from London. Just In Time have catered for corporate events, festivals, marathon runs, University events, markets and weddings. They can serve up to 300 guests per day and can make miracles happen if needed! We will need to get there at least 2 hours before to prepare. Lunch buffet menu example (customisable)  Any item on the menu can be adapted for dietary requirements such as gluten-free etc, we don't use dairy and meat options.
