BBQ Option with Salad
This is my general street market or single serving option where the eaters will often pay themselves. I have a choice of 4 options; bavette steak, merguez sausage, pulled lamb or pulled aubergine (these can be changed to suit needs) . These are served with a choice of seasonal salads. Usually I make 3 or 4 salads with a choice of 2 on the plate. There is option to add extra salad or ancho chili hummus if the customer likes.
Large BBQ Plate
With a limited supply at each event I offer a large BBQ plate which consists of all salad on offer, ancho chili hummus, flat bread, slowed smoked short rib, merguez sausage and choice of pulled lamb or aubergine.
Ancho Chili Hummus & Flatbread
Exactly what is says on the tin. Homemade hummus with peanuts and ancho chili served with grilled flatbread and a drizzle of garlic oil.
BBQ'd Chocolate Chip Cookies
At every event and always in limited supply (mostly as they sell fast).
Whole Roast Buffet
Choice of smoked whole joint, usually pork shoulder and/or brisket but we also offer whole lamb asado if facilities allow. A table is set up with breads, salads, hummus and sauces to allow guests to help themselves, buffet-style. Then there is a carving area near the BBQ that guests can collect the meat and then go sit and enjoy. Starter and dessert options are also available. This menu can be altered to fit most ways you would like.
Whole Roast Family Style
Similar to the buffet except each table instead of collecting from the buffet table will have a bowl of each salad, dip, breads and etc on they're table. The meat can be done from the BBQ carving section or sliced on platters and placed on tables with the rest. Starter and dessert options are also available. This menu can be altered to fit most ways you would like.
Canapes and Dinner
For a more intimate affair, this option offers a multiple course menu. This menu will always be made bespoke for the customer. Matt will discuss themes and flavours and design the menu you want. There is an option to add canapes for some pre dinner snacks.
