At Paellaria we bring the great flamenco atmosphere of our Andalusian home back to England, using some of the biggest paella pans in blighty, our dancing chicas and chicos use time honoured methods to cook up massive and tasty paella’s for punters all across the uk.

Packed full of the smoky, salty and spicy flavours of Spain, Las Paelleras paellas and tapas are cooked from scratch, using quality ingredients sourced from local producers and specialist Spanish suppliers.

We are Paellas Ole - a restaurant bringing the wonderful flavours of España directly to your doorstep in London as well as catering for events, markets and festivals!

Originally from Talavan, a small town in Cáceres, José has now lived in London for over 18 years, and is often described as the Godfather of Spanish cooking in the UK.
