I started cooking paella 35 years ago in my Menorcan bar, selling out my paella nights to hungry tourists.

At Paellaria we bring the great flamenco atmosphere of our Andalusian home back to England, using some of the biggest paella pans in blighty, our dancing chicas and chicos use time honoured methods to cook up massive and tasty paella’s for punters all across the uk.

LA LEVANTINA, SPAIN ON THE MOVE All our food is cooked by Jorge, our Spanish chef from Levante, whose family has been making delicious paellas and typical Spanish food since 1920.

Riceminster specialise in Valencian and other genuine Paellas as the team are from the Valencia region in Spain which is, in fact, the birthplace of paella!
