Both tired of the same, uninteresing catering options often appearing at events, we set out on a mission to bring exceptional bbq, and menus to be excited about to our clients. Sourcing the best local ingriedents, we prepare our dishes from our self converted classic horsebox, which is not only functional as a commercial kitchen but also looks the part when displayed at your venue/event. At public events we offer chargrilled sirlion steak and skin on gourmet fries. We also offer bespoke menu's to cater to a variety of requirements. Specialising in grilling over open flame, we create theatrical culinary experiences to elevate your event.
