Our company is family owned, we are Brazilians from the south of Brazil, a region known for its typical food and the best barbecue in the country.
We brought the best barbecue from Brazil to England, we serve it in the form of a sandwich to innovate and make it easier for the customer to takeaway, Our sandwich is unique and with our own recipe served with a thin and fresh wrap bread with our exceptional barbecue of several meat options : chicken, rump, brisket, mixed, prawns, Brazilian sausage, vegan and vegetarian options: cheese with artichoke, marguerita (tomato, cheese and basil) and Mushroom with cheese, all sandwiches are accompanied by grilled onion and fresh salad(rocket salad). Optional cheese topping and chips as an accompaniment.
Total packaging and forks are eco-friendly.
As drinks options we serve our fresh lemonade, water and soft drinks.
Our barbecue is smoked on cherry wood for 6-12 hours Cherry is a food safe and sustainable wood, our Brazilian sausage is our own manufacture and all other meats are carefully selected taking into account their provenance and excellent quality with total Traceability, we import our own charcoal from Brazil of excellent quality and from sustainable reforestation. we are specialists in festivals and events from small to large, we work with our food truck and our tent as a vintage locomotive.
We have years of work and experience in events and festivals. We participate in several festivals every year : Silverstone (Formula 1, Moto GP, Classics,…), Alexandra Palace, Hampton court Palace, Blenheim palace, TRUCKFEST, Motorshow Festival, Latino Festival, Porthleven food festival, St. Ives Food Festival, Truro Festivals, Leeds castle concert, Boardmaster Festival, Lytham Festival, and many more.
By being present to the biggest music and motorsport events in the uk, we are dedicated to serving our customers the best quality and joy through a sandwich, aiming to provide a gourmet dining experience that would transmit a pleasure of eating excellent food at the commodity of where they are sited and their budget. Allowing our customers to drift away from the usual fast food experience at festivals and allowing them to have the best of barbecue at an easy access.
In order to deliver this easy access we aim to achieve very quick customer service, we innovated our set up for quicker output, where our clients can have a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes at our busiest events from the moment they join the queue to receiving their order, this avoids any frustration or inconvenience from our clients as there is a lot more to a festival than waiting in queues.
