Our pride and joy is Saisha, our beautifully restored food truck, which allows us to take our food on the road and serve up crowd favourites like Kadai Chicken, Vada Pav, Mango Shrikhand, and even our signature Indian-style Fish & Chips. Everything we make is prepared from scratch using family recipes and top-quality ingredients - no shortcuts, no pre-mixes, just real food made with care. Whether we’re serving hundreds at a summer fair or creating a tailored menu for a wellness retreat, we bring professionalism, flavour, and a personal touch to every event.
