We love Mexican street food! After seeing a noticeable lack of high quality Mexican food locally and at events, we decided to bring some to the table! We combine authentic Mexican recipes with what the British public wants! We can confidently say that our carnitas is some of the best you’ll find outside of Mexico and our birria is banging! We never compromise on flavour and our customers keep coming back for more. We serve tacos, burritos, loaded nachos, quesadillas and meat and veggie chillis. Menus are entirely adaptable to the needs of our clients and we’re always excited to try something new if you have something in mind that we don’t already serve. We have a small (3 metre) trailer or an optional gazebo setup for those tight spaces! We attend a range of events. Always interested in large local events, festivals and corporate events and can attend private parties and weddings with a minimum spend. It started with tacos for our neighbours every Wednesday and has since evolved into a catering company with fire at its core. Carlos and Emily both share a passion for delivering the highest service and food. Carlos, originally from Mexico, draws on his childhood memories and love of Mexican flavours and combines this with local, seasonal produce from the South West to produce mouth-watering feasts. Carlos has worked in and run both Mexican and Mediterranean kitchens for many years and Emily has worked in management positions in pubs and cafes. What started with the spark of an idea one night has rapidly developed into the catering enterprise that we are today. Based in South Somerset, we now travel all over the South West bringing the flames to you. We are lucky enough to be surrounded by the freshest and best produce and source as much as we can from local suppliers. All our meat comes from Bagnell farm, our potatoes from our local grower and fish from Kingfisher of Brixham.
