I started cooking paella 35 years ago in my Menorcan bar, selling out my paella nights to hungry tourists.

Packed full of the smoky, salty and spicy flavours of Spain, Las Paelleras paellas and tapas are cooked from scratch, using quality ingredients sourced from local producers and specialist Spanish suppliers.

We are an NCASS registered streetfood company specialising in Spanish, Latin and Mediterranean cuisine including Meat, Seafood and Vegan Paellas, Tapas dishes and Traditional Spanish dishes as well as French, Italian, Modern British & many more cuisines, bespoke to your requirements.

Combined experience of over 30 years in the catering and hospitality industry, having working in 3 rosette restaurants and michelin establishments gives the ability and knowledge for focus, flexibility and a variety of skills to execute many types cuisine and cooking style, from intimate supper clubs to pop up tents in fields, We operate from a brick and mortar venue at the heart of Preston, Lancashire facing the iconic Harris museum and of course we can deliver all of our outstanding services to your door or your venue of choice.
